- Added SDL_WINDOW_TRANSPARENT to request a window with transparent framebuffer
- Remove SDL_VIDEO_EGL_ALLOW_TRANSPARENCY hint, EGL now checks 'window->flags & SDL_WINDOW_TRANSPARENT'
