This reverts commit 1ad37309e4.

Conflicts:
* tests/scripts/test-ref-configs.pl:
    * config-ccm-psk-tls1_2.h: there has been an addition of
      "config-symmetric-only.h" at the place where the configurations
      that are added back were removed. Keep this configuration.
