Gabor Mezei ed6d6589b3 Use hash algoritm for parameter instead of HMAC ...

To be compatible with the other functions `mbedtls_psa_hkdf_extract` and
`mbedtls_psa_hkdf_expand` use hash algorithm for parameter.
