Update the opaque-keys feature branch from Mbed TLS 2.7.0 to the 2.7.1
release candidate.

Conflicts:
* ChangeLog
* tests/suites/test_suite_pk.function: commit
  7ea67274f7 and changes in the
  opaque-keys branch interfered. I ported the conflicting change in
  pk_rsa_alt to pk_rsa_match where the code is now.
