Manuel Pégourié-Gonnard 3b1a706935 Disable 'wrong salt len' test with USE_PSA ...

We've decided not to check it, see
https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls/issues/5277

Also add a test that we accept the certificate with USE_PSA.
