Valerio Setti 5b94a02535 test_suite_pk: remove PSA_WANT_KEY_TYPE_[ECC/RSA]_KEY_PAIR_GENERATE dependencies ...

EC and RSA keys are now loaded from a file so there is no need
to generate them at runtime.
