	(String(byte[],String)): Reformatted.
	(String(byte[])): Likewise.
	(lastIndexOf(int)): Likewise.
	(lastIndexOf(String)): Likewise.
	(substring(int)): Renamed argument to match Classpath.
	(String(StringBuffer)): Don't share buffer if it is nearly empty.
