        * src/Makefile.am: Avoid the -D option which is not available
        with the install-sh fallback.  Use $(MKDIR_P) instead.
        * libdruntime/Makefile.am: Likewise.
        * src/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
        * libdruntime/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
