We can replace "GCC <next>" with "GCC 14.1.0" now that we're nearing the release. libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog: * doc/xml/manual/abi.xml: Replace "<next>" with "14.1.0". * doc/html/manual/abi.html: Regenerate.
file: libstdc++-v3/README New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory. It contains brief building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in interesting ways.
