	_Jv_IsInterpretedClass on INTERPRETER.
	(print_class_loaded): Likewise.
	(wait_for_state): Likewise.

	* include/jvm.h (ROUND): Move to here from include/java-interp.h.
	* include/java-interp.h (ROUND): Remove.
