for some reason the raw data of a shader must stay in ram while the shader is loaded. It can be unloaded when the shader gets unloaded
- Add Count<> to AssetManager
- Initialize pCode in Shader
- Rename linearAllocator to LinearAllocator
- Add Construct and destroy to linear allocator
- Add Shader unloader (fixes atexit crash i guess)
