There are a lot of problems discovered especially for the 3ds system font:

  • Problem with placement of glyphs
  • Some glyphs look quite good while others look very bad
  • system font freezes in some cases (for sure when using performance overlay)

Solutions

  • Fix all those issues
  • Drop support for System Font
