15e24d19a5 Major APT rewrite, see details: 
- Internal logic changes in order to follow official behavior
  more closely - the APT state machine has been removed.
- The following functions were removed:
  * aptSetStatus/aptGetStatus along with the APT_AppStatus enum
  * aptGetStatusPower/aptSetStatusPower
  * aptReturnToMenu
  * aptWaitStatusEvent, aptSignalReadyForSleep
- Library applet launching is now fully supported on both official
  environments (ncch/cia) and homebrew environments (3dsx).
  APT_LaunchLibraryApplet has been replaced with aptLaunchLibraryApplet.
- Added aptSetMessageCallback (intended for use with libapplet code)
- Added APT_CancelParameter
- Some other misc changes

a65a2e0def Added flag and out params to MVDSTD_ProcessNALUnit(). Added mvdstdSetupOutputBuffers() and mvdstdOverrideOutputBuffers(). Updated mvdstdInit() to use an initstruct, and clear the workbuf. In mvdstdInit(), use a seperate retval for MVDSTD_ControlFrameRendering() so that the actual retval is returned correctly. Updated mvdstdGenerateDefaultConfig(). Updated mvdstdProcessVideoFrame().
