David Vanderson d6f7b314b3 xinput2: correct horizontal touchpad scrolling direction 
This fixes testmouse so when fingers move left the green line moves
left.

Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL for short) is a cross-platform library designed to make it easy to write multi-media software, such as games and emulators.
