CMake: Install .inc files alongside headers

Some header files include the .inc files, e.g.,
src/dynarmic/frontend/A64/decoder/a64.h includes
src/dynarmic/frontend/A64/decoder/a64.inc, so they need to also be
installed if the user wants to use them.
