libgomp.texi: Clarify that no other OpenMP context selectors are implemented

libgomp/ChangeLog:

	* libgomp.texi (OpenMP Context Selectors): Clarify 'kind' trait
	and that other target archs have no 'arch'/'isa' traits implemented.
