Remove vector type setting from vect_recog_cond_expr_convert_pattern

Browse Source 
This pattern doesn't do any target support check so no need to set
a vector type.

	* tree-vect-patterns.cc (vect_recog_cond_expr_convert_pattern):
	Do not set any vector types.
