tobid7 4cf3685832 Fix the shader loader
- fixed cmake file as well?
- remove useless files from example
- reenable runtime shader compiler

for some reason the raw data of a shader must stay in ram while the shader is loaded. It can be unloaded when the shader gets unloaded
